 As an integrative nutrition and holistic wellness coach, I understand the connection between wellness, food and lifestyle. Everything feeds us, whether or not it's on our plates--and if your life is out of  balance you'll always be, well, hungry and tired.

Here's what sets me apart:  I have a  seven-step system where I'll teach you how to listen and work with your body. You'll understand cravings--did you know there are eight main causes for them?  You'll learn what "crowding out" means, and I'll explain exactly what the connection is between the adrenals and thyroid.  You'll learn the importance of self-nurturing, the many kinds of well-being, and why things like sleep-deprivation and chronic stress have such a major impact on weight. You'll understand the food-mood connection and how, and why, to eat consciously. We'll also explore your relationships, because we all absorb the energy of each other, and the more sensitive the person, the more absorption that occurs.
